"Tens of springs, one health"
The Vyšné Ružbachy Spa combines two natural healing factors:
Thermal springs of mineral waters and beneficial climatic conditions. Our therapies and physiotherapies are based on the beneficial effects of the mineral water flowing from the Izabela thermal spring, classified as natural healing water, moderately mineralised, containing bicarbonates, calcium and magnesium; it is slightly sour, warm, hypotonic, with a mineral content of 2,318 mg per litre, contains more than 1,200 mg of CO2 per litre, and its temperature is up to 23 ºC. Beneficial climatic conditions guarantee that the time you spend in the spa will be filled with well-being and regeneration, while the healthy natural healing water that emerges practically everywhere in our spa will even enhance this beneficial effect.
