  • Conditions after COVID-19 with a persisting disorder of the musculoskeletal system, significantly limiting ordinary activities of daily living (within 12 months of the treatment termination)

  • Conditions after surgeries on the internal genitalia, no sooner than 6 months after the surgery, except for diagnostic and laparoscopic surgeries without any complications
  • Conditions after surgeries on the internal genitalia, within 6–12 months after the surgery
